Premier City Transfer (https://premiercitytransfer.com/) is a premium chauffeur service operating across Europe. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What Data We Collect
When you submit a booking enquiry we collect: full name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, flight number (optional), and any special requests you provide. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
3. Why We Collect It (Lawful Basis)
We process your booking data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — contract performance. We need your contact and travel details to fulfil your chauffeur booking. We do not use your data for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — required for the website to function (session management, security). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Only placed after you give consent. GA4 collects anonymised data about pages visited, time on site, and general location (country level). Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Marketing cookies — Google Tag Manager. Only placed after you give consent. Used to manage and deploy marketing and remarketing tags.
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page.
5. Google Fonts
This website serves all web fonts (Playfair Display and Montserrat) directly from our own server. No requests are made to Google’s font servers, so no IP addresses are transmitted to Google as a result of font loading.
6. Data Retention
Booking enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, then securely deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (the minimum available setting).
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any right, email us at bookings@premiercitytransfer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Booking details are shared only with the assigned chauffeur partner necessary to fulfil your journey. All partners are bound by data processing agreements.
