A city-to-city transfer is a private chauffeur-driven journey between two cities, booked door to door as one fixed-price job. It replaces the flight or train for routes where the airport process costs more time than the journey saves. Premier City Transfer runs inter-city and cross-border routes between the 34 cities we cover across 19 countries, in Mercedes-Benz vehicles seating up to sixteen. The fare is agreed before you book with tolls and VAT included, you choose the departure time, and the same chauffeur takes you the whole way rather than handing over at a border.

City-to-City Transfers: frequently asked questions
What is a city-to-city transfer?
A private chauffeur-driven journey between two cities, booked door to door as a single fixed-price job. You are collected from an address in one city and dropped at an address in the other, with the same driver for the whole route.
How much does a city-to-city transfer cost?
It depends on the distance, the vehicle class and the exact addresses at each end. Rather than publish a rate card, we quote each route individually as a fixed, all-inclusive fare covering tolls and VAT, confirmed before you book so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Send both addresses and your departure time and we will come back with it, usually within five minutes.
Do you cross international borders?
Yes. Cross-border routes are a large part of this service, for example Geneva to Chamonix, Munich to Salzburg, Copenhagen to Malmo, Split to Mostar and Berlin to Prague. Carry the travel documents the route requires, as passengers remain responsible for their own passports and visas.
Is there a change of vehicle or driver on long routes?
No. One chauffeur and one vehicle take you the whole way, including across borders. On very long routes we plan comfort stops into the schedule.
Can we stop somewhere along the way?
Yes. Mention it when you request the quote so the stop is built into the route and the fixed price, rather than added as a surprise on the day.
How much luggage can I bring?
Our vehicles take from two suitcases in an E-Class or S-Class up to eight in a Sprinter, with four in a GLS and six in a V-Class. There are no weight allowances or oversize charges, so tell us what you are carrying and we will assign a vehicle that fits it.
Can a city-to-city transfer start at an airport?
Yes, and it is a common booking. Landing in one city and being driven straight to another means meet and greet inside Arrivals and real-time flight tracking before the inter-city leg begins.
