How hourly chauffeur hire works
Hourly hire books a chauffeur and vehicle for a continuous block of between 2 and 12 hours, in any of the 34 cities we cover. Instead of quoting one pickup and one drop-off, we quote the block, and the chauffeur stays with you for its duration, waiting between stops and handling every leg. The fare is fixed and agreed before booking, with tolls and VAT included. Vehicles run from a Mercedes-Benz E-Class up to a sixteen-seat Sprinter, and dispatch is available 24 hours a day.

Hourly Chauffeur Hire: frequently asked questions
What is the minimum hourly booking?
Two hours. Bookings run from 2 hours up to 12 hours in a continuous block. For anything longer than a single day, send the dates and we will quote it as consecutive blocks.
How is hourly hire priced?
You get one fixed, all-inclusive quote for the whole block before you book, with tolls and VAT included. Request a quote with your city, start time and number of hours and we will come back with the figure, usually in under five minutes.
Does the chauffeur wait between stops?
Yes, that is the point of hourly hire. The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for you for the whole block, so waiting time between stops is already included rather than charged as extra.
Can I change the stops during the day?
Yes. Add stops, drop them, or reorder them as the day goes. Give the chauffeur as much notice as you can so the route works, but nothing needs re-booking.
What happens if I run over the booked hours?
Tell the chauffeur as early as you can and we will extend where the vehicle is not already committed to another booking. Additional time is quoted before it starts, never applied silently.
Which vehicles can I book by the hour?
Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class for one to three passengers, GLS for four, V-Class for six, and Sprinter for groups up to sixteen.
Can hourly hire start or end at an airport?
Yes. An hourly block can begin with an airport pickup, in which case it includes meet and greet inside Arrivals and real-time flight tracking.
Are child seats available on hourly bookings?
Yes, and at no charge. Infant carriers, child seats and booster seats are all available, so tell us which you need when you request the quote.
