Who we are
Premier City Transfer started with a simple frustration: airport transfers in Europe were either cheap and unreliable, or reliable and impossible to book. We built the company to close that gap — a single operator you can trust in London, Paris, Oslo, Rome and 30 other cities, with one standard of service and one fixed price.
What began as a handful of vehicles serving a few business routes is now a Europe-wide network. We've grown by doing the unglamorous things well: tracking every flight, vetting every driver, auditing every vehicle, and answering the phone when it matters. The fancy part is the Mercedes. The real product is the certainty.
We're not the cheapest, and we don't try to be. We're the service you book when the trip actually matters — the early flight, the client pickup, the family holiday, the cruise you can't miss. That's the only market we want to win.

Fixed prices, no games
The price we quote is the price you pay. No surge, no late-night surcharge surprises, no "the meter said so". Tolls, VAT and wait time are already in the number.

We hire for temperament, not just driving
A great chauffeur is calm under pressure, discreet by instinct, and genuinely helpful without hovering. We can teach the routes. We hire for the rest — and we keep our drivers an average of seven years, which is roughly triple the industry norm.
The dispatcher is the hero
Behind every smooth transfer is a dispatcher who saw the delayed flight, rerouted the driver, and fixed the problem before the client noticed. We invest in dispatch the way other companies invest in marketing. It's where trust is actually built.
Local teams, one standard
Each city has people who know it cold — the back routes, the hotel quirks, the seasonal traffic. But the service standard is identical everywhere. You should never have to wonder what kind of experience you'll get in a new city.
We'd rather say no than overpromise
If we can't deliver the standard — a same-day request we can't staff properly, a route we don't know well enough — we'll tell you. A booking we do badly costs us more than one we politely decline.
